Terms of Service
General Terms and Conditions

§ 1Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between [Provider — TO BE COMPLETED] (hereinafter "Provider") and consumers or entrepreneurs (hereinafter "Customer") for the provision of reading services via the website celestialscroll.
§ 2Subject matter of the contract
The subject of the contract is the creation of an individual, written reading (BaZi and/or Zi Wei Dou Shu) as a PDF document based on the birth data provided by the Customer. The service is a cultural, interpretative service and does not constitute legal, medical, financial or psychological advice.
§ 2(2) Use of AI-Assisted Tools
We may use AI-assisted tools at certain stages in the preparation of a reading, including content structuring, drafting and language refinement, translation, formatting, and consistency or quality checks.
These tools do not replace the calculation and interpretative foundations underlying the reading or our overall responsibility for the service. Every reading is reviewed and approved before it is delivered. AI-generated suggestions may contain errors or inaccuracies; only the final version approved and delivered by us forms part of the service.

§ 3Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding offer. The contract is formed upon dispatch of the order confirmation by email.
§ 4Prices and payment
The prices displayed on the website at the time of order, including statutory VAT where applicable, shall apply. Payment is made via Stripe by credit card, SEPA or other payment methods offered by Stripe.
§ 5Performance and delivery time
The reading will be sent as a PDF to the email address provided by the Customer within one (1) hour of receipt of payment. Delays due to incomplete or incorrect birth data shall be at the Customer's risk.
§ 6Customer's obligations to cooperate
The Customer undertakes to provide complete and correct birth data (date, time, place). The Provider assumes no liability for content deviations in the reading resulting from incorrect information.
§ 7Liability and disclaimer
Readings are interpretative cultural content and not predictions. The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as under the Product Liability Act. Otherwise, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The Customer is solely responsible for decisions of a financial, medical, legal or lifestyle nature.
§ 8Copyright
All PDF content, texts, graphics and design elements are protected by copyright. The Customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use.
§ 9Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
§ 10Final provisions
German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of their habitual residence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain effective.
