How long until I receive my reading?
Within 1 hour of payment, for both Basic and Premium readings. The finished PDF is sent straight to your email.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
The order form asks only which two-hour window you were born in, which is all the tradition itself uses. If you truly do not know, we cannot complete an accurate chart, since the hour sets one of the four pillars and the whole arrangement of the twelve palaces.
Will the reading predict the future?
No serious BaZi or Zi Wei reader claims to. What we offer is a structured map of tendencies, seasons and palaces. It is written for self-knowledge and for making decisions, not for fortune-telling.
Can I order a reading for someone else as a gift?
Yes. Enter their birth details and your own email, and add a short note in the questions field. We will send the reading to you, so you can pass it on.
What format is the report?
A typeset PDF, designed in the spirit of an old manuscript. Roughly 8 to 10 pages for a Basic reading, and 16 to 20 for a Premium one.
Is this a Western horoscope?
No. Western sun-sign astrology uses a single variable. BaZi uses eight characters, Zi Wei uses over a hundred stars across twelve palaces. They are entirely different traditions.
How is my data handled?
Your birth details and questions are used only to prepare your reading. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train AI models. Every reading is emailed to you as a PDF, so no account is required. If you do create an account before ordering, the report is also stored there so you can download it again at any time.
