How long until I receive my reading?
Within 6 hours of payment. Your finished PDF report is delivered straight to your email.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
We can still produce a meaningful reading at the year, month, and day pillars. Choose the 'approximate' or 'unknown' option in the form, and we will note where assumptions were made.
Will the reading predict the future?
No serious BaZi or Zi Wei reader claims to. What we offer is a structured map of tendencies, seasons, and palaces, useful for self-knowledge and decision-making, not fortune-telling.
Can I order a reading for someone else as a gift?
Yes. Use their birth details, your email, and add a short note in the questions field. We will deliver to you to forward.
What format is the report?
A typeset PDF, designed in the spirit of an old manuscript. Roughly 18 pages for BaZi-only, 28 pages for the combined reading.
Is this a Western horoscope?
No. Western sun-sign astrology uses a single variable. BaZi uses eight characters, Zi Wei uses over a hundred stars across twelve palaces. They are entirely different traditions.
How is my data handled?
Your birth details and questions are used only to prepare your reading. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train models. Reports are kept in your account so you can re-download.
